Student loan relief may emerge as new employee benefit offering

As monthly federal student loan payments are set to resume in the fall, more employers are considering some form of student loan relief as an employee benefit, according to Plan Sponsor. A study by Ramsey Solutions ranked student loan repayment assistance as the second-highest benefit offering that plan sponsors are considering to implement in the next year or two, behind only financial wellness.
