Employers expanding programs to keep employees healthy

A new study has found that more employers are putting in money into well-being programs that address mental and emotional health, work-life balance and financial health, BenefitsPro reports.  On average, employers this year are putting $6 million into such programs, up from $4.9 million in 2020, the Fidelity Investments and Business Group on Health survey found.
